Build me an android application

I want an application, what is be like a BSC (bep20) crypto wallet, but users add their number of tokens manually and it shows their value.
For example: I have 5 Smart Chain (same like BNB just on bep20), so I just add the Smart Chain token with contract adress, also add the number of token, what is 5 on this case. The app shows the current value of it in a line.

Nothing extra, an easy to use thing.

It has to be:
- one token fixed on the top
- all of other tokens are manually added by user (using contract address)
- Getting the name of token and the price from a website (or directly from BSC blockchain - Bep20)
- Shoving the total value of each token added
- User has to be able to change the number of tokens
- Used had to be able to add and remove tokens from the list (except the first one, what is fixed)

Design:
- just a simple design, nothing extra necessery
- Headline can have the name of the app (to be discuss later) and a "+" and "-" button on the 2 sides (add, remove)
- Under this, just the tokens (first fixed, others manually added)

Just like:
Token name: Smart Chain
Number of token owned (manually added): 5
Value (in USD): 1,804 USD

Token name: Binance USD
Number of token owned (manually added): 1423
Value (in USD): 1,423 USD

The important, that there is no connection with real wallet is necessery, because of trust issue, however starting app with pin code or something safety would be welcommed.
Also if the user can change the currency of value (from USD to anything) with actual exchange rate, it's also welcommed.
