Build me an android app with JAVA only

hello freelancers, I need an android app (like cambly) build with with JAVA. It should have following features:-

1. Phone OTP authentication
2. video call, chatting and subscription model feature.
3. Four fragments in bottom navigation bar(Home, messages, upcoming sessions, Subscribe)
4. Eight titles in sidebar navigation menu(My account, My favourite tutors, Apply to become a tutor, FaQ, privacy policy, terms and condition, contact us, about us)
5. Home fragment should contain the list of tutors in recycler view
6. Message fragment should contain messages.
7. Upcoming sessions fragment should contain upcoming booked session by user.
8. Subscribe fragment should contain details about subscription charges.

9. Tutors data should should store in Firestore firebase
10. Tutors profile should contain following:-
(i). one profile picture
(ii). one introduction video
(iii) profession
(iv) current city
(v). school/college

ALL THE DATA SHOULD BE STORED IN FIREBASE. AND ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU CAN BUILD IT IN LESS THAN ₹ 5000/- (USD 62/-)
