Build me an android app

Want an android app for online training where I want to upload the videos and docs content. Also, want to setup the Google ads in it for earning. Firebase should be use to make the Application. When video play for the user, it show the ads with it same like MX player. For login just want name and email ID, no password or otp. When I upload the new video or docs, notification should be sent to the user via email and in App also. There should be individual comment box for every user so that they convey message to me. Google ads should be there in between the videos list but not so much. Also in the comment box.
