Build an android app

I want to get a new freshly designed educational android app developed which should have the following features :
1. Signup with OTP or Signup with Google only.
2. Forgot Password feature.
3. Pop up for app feedback. rate us now one.
4. App notification on devices.
5. No sign in after first time sign up , should directly redirect to app home page after sign up.
6. Changes in description format of course.
7. Various courses
8. Live session directly from app
9. Notification to every user of the app (notification access)
10. Referral program inbuilt in the app in the form of points
11. Purchase of the course using a payment gateway (razor pay)
12. Back-end operations from desktop
13. Synchronised with existing website
