Build me a Xamarin + C# project to print invoice via bluetooth

I want a simple xamarin project for printing an invoice. it should have both options ltr or rtl. the paper width should be 8cm and height 11cm, the application should have two pages, one main page which only has one button written print and once its hit it should print out, the second page is setting page which has a two tick boxes ltr and rtl once any of them is selected it should have confirmation message box, there should be a dropdownlist where it shows the list of the bluetooth printers that are available and once its selected and confirmed then it should be saved and remembered because when next time opening the application it should remember it. i have also made explatation and put invoice design and main form desing in pdf file.
