Build 10x Webview Apps for both Android & IOS -- 2

I need you to create a very simple app which only needs to have a splash screen after splash screen just open given URL.
You will need to publish the app under our developer accounts on both App Store and Play Store
You need to create:
- 10x Android Webview App (Web links will be provided for each app)
- 10x IOS Webview App (Web links will be provided for each app)
- 10x App Icons for Each app (Logos will be provided)
- 1 Splash Screen.
- AND PUBLISH all apps on BOTH PLATFORM.
