Build me a VPN app for Windows/Android

Hi! I am looking for someone to build me a VPN app for android and windows, the VPN should include a few locations (managed by me and already acquired) a connect button, ads, and a remove ads subscription. Have a clean and modern interface with my branding (sent later on in the process)
