Build LG and Samsung TV apps

Hi, I'm looking for a developer to help create apps for both Samsung and LG television sets. I have Flutter code, which have Android TV app already. The apps must work on Smart TV Platforms, and should have the ability to stream video. I have already done the legwork by creating user interface mockups for the apps. I'm looking for someone with the technical expertise needed to bring my design to life and make these apps a reality.
