Build a Real-Money Chess App for Android (1v1, Wallet, Razorpay Integration)

I’m looking to develop a real-money chess app where users can play 1-on-1 matches and win real cash. The app will be launched in India and should include features like user login, wallet system, matchmaking, chess gameplay, and automatic winner payout.
This is the Phase 1 MVP version for Android.

User Signup/Login (email or mobile)
Wallet integration (Add money via Razorpay, Withdraw to UPI)
Show wallet balance and transaction history
Matchmaking system (based on entry fee ₹1 – ₹10,000)
Real-time Chess gameplay (use chess.js or custom chess engine)
Timer per player (e.g., 5 minutes each)
Automatically detect match winner (checkmate, timeout, resignation)
Winner gets 80% of prize pool in wallet, platform keeps 20%
Game & payout history
Admin panel to manage users, matches, and payouts

App must block users from restricted Indian states (Telangana, Assam, Odisha, etc.)
Age 18+ only (user must confirm during sign-up)
Developer must have experience in payment gateway integration and multiplayer logic
