Build a Podcast IOS and Android Application

Hello, I am interested in creating an application as a podcast or radio station for my ministry that will have the following functions
1. Android and IOS version
2. Publication of audios (podcasts) and texts ( motivational texts)
3. Multilingual (French and English): allows the user to select the desired language and read the published music in the selected language.
4. Offline mode: The application should allow users to download music and listen to it offline.
5. Notification: When a new music is published, users can receive a notification on their phone.
7. Sharing musics, or texts: people can share musics with their friends via whatsapp and other social media.
8. Like and comment: users can like and comment on a podcast they like.
9. Live Streaming: People can connect and listen to a speech online.
