Build a Navigation App for iOS and Android

Looking for someone to build an iOS and Android app to calculate routes based on multiple waypoints. The databases for waypoints need to be accessed to from server so they can be updated without needing to update the app every time. The app needs to have CarPlay and Android play too. There also needs to be an integration with third party to pull user data.
