Build a Mobile Services App

The proposed project is Doha based business directory service that provides business contacts to users across Qatar through Apple & Android App. This is an exclusive city-based portal. This Local Search Engine is an easy way to find and review local businesses that provide the daily services you need. The business listings include:
1. Car Maintenance
2. Car Oil Change
3. Car Wash
4. Breakdown/Towing Truck
5. Water Tankers
6. Car Polishing
7. Furniture Moving
8. Portable Cabin Transportation
9. Car Keys Duplicate
10. Car Tires Change
11. Car Battery Service
12. Mobile Crane Service
13. Offroad Assistance
14. Petrol Refill Service
15. Car Window Tinting
This list can be expanded as new requirements arise from time to time.
The system divides into three modules sub-systems that are stand-alone applications based on role and user interaction with the system.
1- Web App: A web-based dashboard to connect the API and push updates to the apps. It will have a list of all service providers and their work history. It can be used to create new services and push them to the customer and partner apps.
2- Customer App: The App is released to the general public (Customer app) via the Google Store and Apple Store, and/or other public platforms. This App consists of all the services that the customer can make use of. Users can search from the list.
Current services include the same list mentioned above.
These services will be divided into categories with respective costs mentioned. Some of these services require an appointment to proceed, the rest of the services are provided immediately at the customer’s given location. Upon booking a service, the customer will receive confirmation via the App. After completing the requested service, the customer can provide a star rating to the service provider.
3- Partners App: The partners’ App is used by the service provider. The Apple & Android apps are distributed among the service providers who have subscribed to our services. This App will have a list of all services that are available. The service provider can choose the services that they provide. After selecting the services, the service provider should input mandatory details like Name, mobile number, license copy, and other required information for registration. Once the registration details are approved and subscription payment is received (either credit cards, debit cards, or Apple pay), the service provider and his list of services will be published in the Customer App. When a customer requests a service, the service provider will get a notification in his partner app, depending on the nature of the service. They can choose to accept or reject the request. The response will be sent to the customer app. The mode of payment for the service will be in cash. After completing the service and receiving payment, the Service Provider will have to click the payment received button on his App. The service provider can see his ratings received for the works completed. They can also see the history of completed works.
