Build Mobile Application

I want an app to communicate to my Nextcloud server (platform for collaporation)
The application should do the following:
1- Sync files from the server to the client and and vice versa.
2- Auto Upload based on the settings.
2- Push Notification.
3- Show activity.
4- Comment on files.
5- Sharing.
6- Flutter and Dirt only.
7- App password \ fingerprint \ Screen security
8- Vault folder (When you put files inside it will moved to the server)
9- Encryped folder ( When you put files inside it will Encrypt the files before send it to the server)
10- good handle for errors that may occar.
10- Android and IOS.
11- Add support to Android 13.
12- The desgin will be out of the scope.
and any other feture and settings that is in the nextcloud client on below.
