Build Mobile App (Reports and Dashboard) for specific inventory System database

I need a mobile app that can generate reports and analytics from a specific inventory system database (multibranch). The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android operating systems. The database used is not SQL-based or NoSQL-based, but rather other. The main features required for this app are reports and analytics.
