Build A Mobile App

Hello,
I need to develop a mobile app (both Android/Apple) that provides analytical insights into data. Total screens with mobile will be no more than 15 screens. We will provide API for data.
Basically this app will show data of Sales, Purchase, Expense etc. where users can use filters of stores, date range, store type.
Scope:
1. Develop code
2. If you can design UI/UX will be great if not we will provide screens
3. Deployment of app on stores (Android/Apple) both
4. Need to train a person along side from my team so he can support application
