Build Ludo game with tournament option

Hi, Need to build a ludo game which would allow admin to create tournaments. Users will be divided into different tables and tournament will continue with each winner from each table and last table winner will be Ultimate winner. Admin should be allowed to create users and also users should be able to login to app using their email or mobile number. There will be a fee to play the game which will be decided by admin. We can take reference of Ludo supreme app.. but there will a minimal customization. This app is required only for Android.
