Build me a Food Ordering App

We want to build a food ordering app, the scope is fluid but will be roughly as follows:

Basic Android App to begin, maybe leading to iOS application also.
Access to application is behind a Login where access is controlled by us, via a basic admin.
App will ONLY be used for one brand.
Ability to add restaurant styler products (By Category) with description and pricing.
Basket for adding products
Ability for user to set the date they wish to order the product, with an ability to auto-repeat order by selecting up to 5 more dates per order.
Checkout page
Email Confirmation of order
Ability in App to cancel orders not within the next 3 days
Basic User 'Profile' - Name, Email, Allergies (dropdowns), Food Preference (dropdowns) + Photo
