Build Food (Menu) Android Application

Need to develop a Food App by fetching and rendering the responses from an external API and must use Java or Kotlin programming language, and need to implement MVVM or MVI Architecture and to use RxJava. The app must be purely Dynammic meaning, for any response from the API, the android app should render the components as such.
