Build a Face recognition app

We need an app where people can directly access their photos by face recognition from our storage.
Users should also be able to see feeds and stories like Instagram. The app is focused for pre wedding shoots and users should be able to do bookings for their favourite photographers.
The app should be deployed in a cloud environment in both Android and IOS.
