Build me a Custom Android app in android studio and Arduino Code to control LED on ESP32

Create an Android application with Android studio that controls the onboard LED of ESP32 with Bluetooth Low Energy.The connection between ESP32 and Android must be BLE not Bluetooth Serial and the Android App must be written in Android Studio as I also want the Project Folder of the App. And ESP32 code must be written in Arduino IDE.
