Build me a Challenge App

The App needs to track location of a specific route from A to Z and save completion rate % of the route, the user must also have the ability to complete certain parts of the route and then return at a later date, they may not do it in A-Z order, it may be sections M to P or G to E for example. I am also looking to place useful information on the app such as places to eat and drink or points of interest. I am also looking for the run and maintain of this app. Android and iOS. Many Thanks
