Build a CRM with frontend app (android + ios) for schools

I'm after an experienced developer to work on a CRM based software with a frontend app linked to it
The project will be used by schools and will be processing payments between parents and schools, where each school will have its own CRM dashboard with every staff member to have an account and it will be linked to a frontend app.
Please note each school will have its own dashboard with multiple accounts and frontend app, where we don't mix all schools to use the same account
Teachers will have their own accounts linked to a virtual classroom (same as google classroom).

This is a long term project and I will hire the developer for a permanent position for security and maintenance
