Build an App

I'm looking to have a mobile app built for the purpose of clinical data collection from captured images. I need the app to be completely built from scratch, and I will provide directions as to what I'm looking for. The app should be intuitive and easy to use, as many of our customers will need access. It should also be efficient and secure to protect our customers' data. Additionally, it should support growth and scalability, so we can continue using it for years to come.
