Build Android version of my iOS app

I currently have an iOS app running on the App Store (Catalyse) and need to hire someone to build the Android version of the app. The app needs to mirror all aspects of the iOS app currently in production. I used Firebase as the backend and will need to integrate the Android app with the existing database.
