Build me an Android money app

Hi, I would like an application made for android (maybe iOS too depending on costs) that provides users to watch advertisement videos, complete daily tasks, and more. Unity ads are wanting to be integrated on the app. Player will register to the app by adding there email address, password and username. User will do these tasks to build up points on the app and then request a withdrawal of the points so for example 1000 points is worth 1$. This amount requested will be sent to me on an admin panel/google firebase database. Then I can see there paypal email that they want money sending to and there accumulated points that will be equivalent to the payout. Thanks.
