Build me an Android / iPhone Security and Privacy Application

We are looking to develop a phone security and privacy application that is similar to (Jumbo: Privacy + Security)

We will also need the application to have automatic updates option to download and install the latest updates to the program.

We will also need the developer to make sure that the source code they give us is compliable on our end, and not missing components or code

Note: This would be an ongoing project, and will need to always add more privacy and security settings and options

Will need the final output to be able to be added to google app store as a package file
