Build an Android application

We are looking Android developer for our 2nd project
Requirements:-
The main idea of this project is to build a job portal where the users can get notifications about the new jobs posted over the portal and also if profile is matched to some requirements they will get push notifications over that categories. Premium search options will also be there for paid clients. There will be some quiz /interview questions where users can check there rankings as well Where they can become a job ready.
