Build an Android app in .Net MAUI (Xamarin)

We need an Android application (no iOS for now) for our customers to monitor their fuel tanks in petrol, LPG or CNG stations remotely. The app needs to perform TCP connections to remote devices and store the collected data in a local SQLite database on the mobile device.
