Build me Android Apps Front End (native/android studio)

Android Apps to give information/insight (from server generated) and command (from user's boss) for certain user, based on his daily work progress.
Project scope:
1. create nice UI/UX design
2. create working code for the front end (view and interaction)
3. No need to do the backend. For this project use static JSON data

Important notes:
1. Create the code in android studio (activity, layout)
2. Design for outdoor usage (bright light environment)
3. You must give the codes and assets when the work is done
