Build Android App Similar to YAPER (Credit Card-Based Cashback & Reward Platform)

I want to develop an Android application that replicates the functionality of YAPER (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yaper.android). The core idea is to help credit card holders earn cash and card reward points by making purchases on behalf of other users and receiving commissions or cashback.
App Overview:
The app should:
Allow credit card holders to register and select their cards (no card number input).
Show them a list of deals from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Reliance Digital, etc.
Enable users to select a deal and place an order using their credit card for another user's delivery details.
Allow secure one-time PAN card entry for KYC purposes.
Post-order, verify delivery via OTP and backend validation.
Once verified, reimburse the cardholder and give a cashback reward.
