Build an Android App -- 2

The app needs to download a CSV/SQLlite dump file and store it locally on first install. After that it can check for updates every week. The data file will be hosted in a public domain and can be fetched from the app and stored locally.
The file will have medicine data. Users can search a medicine and get alternatives based on the composition.
Refer attached excel file.
On search the app should be able to suggest alternatives
For example if someone search for Atarax 25mg Injection, they should get the alternatives based on the composition field "Hydroxyzine (25mg)". Alternatives should be sorted based on the pricing.
