Breathalyzer Data & Video Recording App

I'm seeking an experienced Android app developer to create an application that facilitates data reading from a Bluetooth device, specifically a breathalyzer (alcohol sensor). The underlisted functionalities are essential for this project:

- Real-time alcohol level monitoring: The app should be able to receive and display data about the user's alcohol level in real time.
- Video recording: In addition to monitoring alcohol levels, the app should be capable of recording videos. The recorded videos should be exclusively in MP4 format for maximum compatibility.
- Bluetooth connection status display: The app should clearly display the status of the Bluetooth connection between the android device and the breathalyzer.
