We are seeking proposals for the next phase of development and enhancement of an existing mobile and web booking platform in the wellness and on-demand services sector.
The core platform is already built and operational. The selected company will be responsible for taking over the existing codebase and executing a defined set of feature enhancements.
Project Overview
The platform is a two-sided marketplace connecting customers with service providers for in-person wellness services. The current phase focuses on expanding service offerings and enhancing core engagement features.
Scope of Work: Feature Enhancements
The priority is to develop and integrate the following feature set:
1- Service & Booking Expansion:
Integrate new service categories into the existing booking architecture.
Implement Flexible Durations, allowing bookings in custom time blocks (e.g., 75, 90, 120 minutes).
Develop an "Add-Ons" system at checkout for supplementary services.
2- Digital Gift Voucher / Promotion System:
Develop a system for creating, selling, and redeeming digital promotional credits (e.g., gift vouchers, discount codes).
We are open to discussing implementation options, including the use of Stripe Promotions or a custom-built module.
The solution must include an admin panel for creation and management, and frontend integration for customer purchase and seamless redemption during checkout.
Requires integration with the existing booking and payment flow.
3- Real-Time Notification System:
Implement a comprehensive Push Notification system for both iOS and Android apps (Provider & Customer versions).
Notifications must trigger for key events: New bookings, confirmations, completions, cancellations, and support requests.
Includes full backend and mobile app integration (APNs for iOS, FCM for Android).
4- Includes completing partially developed features and providing ongoing adjustments for the mobile apps and website platform to ensure all functionality is fully operational.
Technical Context & Handover
You will receive full access to the complete codebase, database, and documentation.
The project is built with Laravel (backend) and Flutter (mobile apps).
Experience with smooth project takeover and clear communication is critical.
