Bolivia's Elections Info App Development

App Developer Needed for Bolivian Elections Info App (Bilingual, Ads Integration, Candidate Profiles & Comparison)
Project Summary:
I’m not part of the government or anything like that, just a normal citizen who is a little worried because we don't really have info about out candidates to the presidency.
That being said I'm looking to hire an experienced app developer to build a mobile app (iOS and Android preferred, or responsive web app) to help Bolivians make informed decisions during the upcoming August 2025 General Elections. The app will present verified and neutral information about presidential and vice-presidential candidates, their political parties, proposals on key national issues (economy, health, education, security, etc.), and allow for side-by-side comparison between them.
Election calendar (with a countdown to the elections day (August 17))
There are 10 candidates running, (So 10 running for president and 10 others running for vicepresident)
Key Features Needed:
1. Home Page
Grid/list of political party logos (clickable).
On clicking a logo:
Display Party Name + Logo
Section: “Conozca a sus candidatos” with clickable cards:
Presidential candidate (name + photo + label)
Vice presidential candidate (name + photo + label)
Below that:
Party Vision & Mission
Party-wide proposals (economic, health, education, etc.)
2. Candidate Profile Pages
Each candidate should have their own profile with:
Name, photo, age, birthplace, profession, education
Career & political background
Personal vision for Bolivia
Specific proposals on:
Economy (e.g., inflation, investment, dollarization)
Health
Education
Security & Justice
Environment
Democracy & Governance
“AI IDEA” section: Extra questions to enrich info (we'll provide these)
3. Comparison Tool
User selects 2 or more candidates
Compare proposals in a side-by-side format
Filter by topic (health, economy, etc.)
4. Ad Monetization
Full-screen video ad on app launch
Persistent banner ads during navigation
(We can use AdMob or another network – open to suggestions)
Language Support
Spanish (default)
Quechua (if possible, maybe you can send me how much extra would that be as a separate thing.)
What I Will Provide:
- All content (photos, bios, proposals, questions (and if we decide in quechua, I'll also send you all this info in Quechua so you can copy and paste))
- Logos and verified data
- UI mockup ideas (if needed)
- Clarification anytime
