Blockchain Mobile App

I'm looking for an experienced developer who's worked on crypto exchange platforms before. The application has the wire frames already developed and I'm looking for a back end developer. The mobile app will need to be iOS and Android functionalities. Familiarity with programming language C++, C# and C. Java, F#, Python are also acceptable.
