Blockchain Fork Creation from TON with Wallet and DEX

I'm looking for an experienced blockchain developer to create a new blockchain fork from the TON source code. The new fork should come with a cross-platform (iOS and Android) wallet app, as well as a Decentralized Exchange (DEX) integrated as a dApp. And a mining platform dApp for rewarding users with token for tasks, and a dApp Centralized Exchange(CEX) integrated as an internal exchange for only tokens created on the network.

Key aspects of the project include:
- Forking the TON blockchain to create a unique, named version
- Developing a Blockchair-like blockchain explorer for this new fork
- Creating a secure and user-friendly wallet app for both iOS and Android
- Designing and implementing a DEX as a dApp on this new blockchain

Skills and experience required:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in blockchain development and creating blockchain forks
- Proficiency in coding for both iOS and Android platforms
- Prior experience with developing Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) and dApps
- Understanding and ability to create a custom, Blockchair-like blockchain explorer
- Strong skills in creating secure and user-friendly wallet applications.
