Block Master

I am looking for an experienced developer to help me create a Block Master android (and iOS if it is possible) game using Unity 2D. This project is very important and needs to be done with utmost care and precision.
My objectives for the project are android (and iOS if it is possible) Unity 2D games with levels like "Many Bricks" game on play store, game based on destroying bricks, so I need game made in Unity, with levels and with initialized ads when is clicked next level, banner add should be on the bottom of the screen, on every level player should have 2 lifes and if player lose all lifes, game should show window with option to watch rewarded add to get 1 more life. The developer should be knowledgeable in Unity 2D and to involve Unity ads- rewarded ads, initialized ads and banner ads (No addmob or other add system)
