Biometric Hotel Check-In App

I need a polished, production-ready mobile application that lets hotel guests move seamlessly from booking confirmation to key in hand—all on their phone. The app must run natively on both iOS and Android and feel identical in look, flow, and responsiveness.

Core flow
• Account setup with full onboarding and identity verification so guests can scan IDs, add profile details, and store preferences.
• Digital wallet to securely hold payment methods and let guests handle any pre-stay charges before they arrive.
• Biometric authentication—fingerprint and face recognition—should sit at the heart of every sensitive step, from log-in to checkout confirmation.
• Fast, intuitive check-in / check-out screens that surface the reservation pulled from our existing booking system in read-only mode, then update status once the guest completes the process.

I will supply brand guidelines, and reference UI wireframes. You will handle UI/UX polish, mobile development (Swift / Kotlin or Flutter-level cross platform is fine so long as performance is native), integration with our endpoints, and basic store deployment prep.

Acceptance criteria
1. Clean, modern UI matches supplied mockups on both platforms.
2. Successful biometric log-in on devices that support Face ID or Android Biometrics; fallback PIN on others.
3. Guest completes check-in and check-out without staff intervention, with status reflected in the API.
4. App passes TestFlight / Google Play internal testing with no blocking crashes.
