Better Design for developed Android Game

We have an Android board game along with the basic graphics and logic already developed.
I want someone who can design it better without making any changes (or bare minimum changes)
to the code. It should be a quick task for an experienced game designer.
While I say so. The Details will be shared with the short-listed candidate/s. Experienced freelancer is preferred. For experienced Freelancer, it should ideally be not a job of more than a week or so.
