Beach Volleyball Court Finder App

I'm looking for a talented app developer to create a beach volleyball court locator app that is available on both iOS and Android. The app should have the following main features:
- Court Locator: Users should be able to find beach volleyball courts via a map view with pins.
- Skill Level Ranking: The app should be able to create a handicap based on the player's skill level.
- Player Matchmaking: It should facilitate connecting players of similar skill levels.
- Court Reviews: Users should be able to leave and read reviews for each court.
