Basic Scripting for New App

I am currently working on an innovative app project aimed at helping parents locate their missing children. To ensure this app is a success, I need a professional to assist in the development of the software.

Key Requirements:
- The app needs to be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.
- The primary functionalities the app should encompass are:
- Location tracking: To track the child's movement and current whereabouts. (NOT GPS Based - would, require when QR is scanned by the person who has found the child it will prompt for a GPS location on their phone at the time of scanning.

Upon scanning, a form to collect names and phone numbers will also be provided.


- QR code generation and scanning: To provide a unique QR code for the child that can be scanned to obtain vital information.
- Real-time notifications: To alert parents or guardians whenever a QR code has been scanned.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in developing applications for both iOS and Android.
- Extensive experience in creating location-tracking functionalities in apps.
- Prior work on QR code generation and scanning features.
- Ability to implement real-time notification systems effectively. (PUSH)
