AI-Based Offline Facial Recognition Development

We are looking for a developer to create an offline AI-based facial recognition system for Android, with a focus on easy employee onboarding and high accuracy. This solution should work entirely on-device, without requiring internet or cloud connectivity. The app must support Android 8.0 Oreo and above, with a streamlined, user-friendly interface for registering and managing employees’ facial data. Facial recognition should be real-time, highly accurate, and capable of handling diverse face types efficiently, with recognition time under one second.
For the underlying technology, we are open to frameworks like ML Kit, TensorFlow Lite, or OpenCV, optimized for offline performance. Data storage must be secure, with encrypted local storage on the device and no external data sharing. Key deliverables will include the complete source code, an APK or SDK for deployment, and clear documentation for setup and usage.
