Barcode reader and Rest client

I need a very simple android app with very basic interface (a live camera image and a readonly textbox) which can read a linear barcode with the camera and send the info to a Restful web service, then visualize the reply from the web service on the screen of the device. The reply is a simple text of 16 characters.
I need this app just as proof of concept.
