Backend developer to modify PHP for backend for android app

Current project is reward android app which use MLM concept for giving commission coins from referral users check app at:

Briefly:
Current app commission system is still not working which I have front end to fix that but to make it work I need backend developer to work on PHP backend as well.
Currently, user only have 1 Total coins balance data but I want user to have another 2 separate balances ( self and commission from network) I've also attach new UI for better understand.
