- Back End design Development - MariaDB - Tarantool - PHP - REST API - Web and Mobile

Hi, I am looking for an experienced programmer to help create the back-end of a web and mobile application with 20 pages and revisions. The project requires understanding of the latest technologies and techniques, including PHP, MariaDB and Tarantool. I need the back-end to be designed with the latest innovations and a secure REST API. My preference is for someone who is familiar with PHP, and I need a database technology such as MariaDB and Tarantool to be used. Ideally, the project should allow for both web and mobile development.
