BUILD ME AN APP
Budget: $150 – $350 USD
I am looking for someone to build me an app that I can buy, own and share with my employees, managers and administrative group. The app will be for inventory, technician assistance and office personal assistance. I would like it to be compatible with Microsoft Excel. I would like the first visible page to be the home/login page where technicians and other employees can login to app with their specific allowed usage over certain things in the app. I want the second page to have a list of tabs as follows: PARTS STOCK, EQUIPMENT STOCK, PRODUCT STOCK, TOOL CHECK OUT, MANUFACTURE MANUALS (PDF), USUAGE REPORT CHARTS, SUPPLY REQUESTS, TOOLS/SETTINGS.
In all of the listed options, besides supply requests, I would like for only administrative staff and management to be able to edit, delete, upload and add, but others can still search for what they need and view.
Supply requests should be the only item everyone can add/edit etc..
In the part tab, I would like it to be set up like a spread sheet with these characteristics per line/part listed:
BIN:, PART NUMBER:, DESCRITION:, PICTURE:, QR CODE:, QTY:, PRICE.
same for the equipment(different wording):
LOCATION:, EQUIPMENT SERIAL#:, DESCRIPTION:, QR CODE:, QTY:, PRICE
The manufacturer manuals should open into a new list of manufacturer names in alphabetical order. When you click on a specific manufacturer name a new page appears with different makes/models and there manuals in alphabetical order that technicians can open and read on the app, or connect the the nearest printer and print.
The supply request section should open up to a camera capable of scanning bar/QR codes, staff can scan QR codes from their phones, once retrieved it should prompt a QTY, BIN and NOTES section and finally submission. These requests will be sent to an admins phone, signifying we are running low on something and need to order more.
The usage chart section should only be visible to admins and managers to gauge how often we are using some things, to better forecast future order needs.
Parts and equipment can be easily scanned in and out of inventory to keep an accurate stock.
App to be used on and offline, refreshing often, with plenty of storage and easy to use with back buttons.
I would like the app to also be compatible with iphones, andriods and PC desktops.
