BPO Technical support team
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Customer care /BPO team to manage chat support We are looking for a support team to work with us. remote assistance via chat and remote access Supporting our android platform. We seek a business level English speaking support team who can offer customer care and support to our customers 16x7x365 you will be on call during these hours however this is more ad hok and at present we see around 20 hours of work per month. This role is suited to a BPO organisation who can work on this project and others ( we do not need dedicated resources however we do have a <1 min response to chat requests Full training and support given. Ideally we will have a minimum of 3 people trained on the project to cover the role. There will also be some general admin and reporting required.
