BLOCKCHAIN AND KOTLIN ANDROID

I'm looking for a proficient developer with experience in blockchain development and Kotlin Android programming to create a website. The developer should be familiar with Binance Smart Chain and be able to build out the infrastructure of the project, as well as work with myself to bring the design and layout to life. The website will need to be designed and optimized for user experience and security. Lastly, the web developer must understand the latest technologies and trends in blockchain development, particularly the tools surrounding Binance Smart Chain. I'm looking for someone who can handle the full scope of this project - from design to coding and administration.
