BLE-Connected Water Purifier Flutter App

I need a Flutter developer who is adept at working with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. You will be developing a Flutter App, specifically interacting with a water purifier. Your task is to:
- Connect to the device using a Service UUID
- Send commands such as: initiating the purification process, halting the purification process, and querying the device's status.
- The command to send will specify the amount of water consumed.
- The app should also be equipped to receive a Hex command from the device.
Ideal skills needed for this project include Flutter development, BLE device interaction, and an understanding of water purifier functionalities. Experience with creating apps for smart-home devices will be a plus.
