$100 BLE Beacon Data GUI Application for Linux ,Android, Windows

I need an experienced developer to create a cross-platform GUI application that reads data from a BLE beacon. The application should run on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Requirements:
- The application should display the beacon's signal strength.
- It should also parse the raw advertising data, extract temperature and humidity values, and convert them from Hex 8.8FP to both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- The extracted data should be presented in the GUI in both temperature units.
- Additionally, the application should have the capability to store this data in a file.
- On top of that, I'd like the extracted data to be uploaded to a database every time new data is added.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in C++ for cross-platform development.
- Experience working with BLE beacons
- Understanding of Hex 8.8FP conversion.
- Ability to handle GUI application development.
- Knowledge of both Fahrenheit and Celsius conversions.
- Database integration experience.
